TE’VAI – Hasło na Drop 2

1. Postanowienia ogólne
Organizatorem loterii pod nazwą „TE’VAI – Hasło na Drop 2” (dalej: Loteria) jest TE’VAI (dalej: Organizator).
Loteria ma charakter nieodpłatny i promocyjny. Jej celem jest wyłonienie najpopularniejszego hasła spośród propozycji przedstawionych przez Organizatora oraz nagrodzenie osób, które oddały głos na zwycięskie hasło.
Loteria odbywa się w terminie od 10 października 2025 r. do 19 października 2025 r.
Loteria nie jest w żaden sposób sponsorowana, popierana, zarządzana ani powiązana z serwisem Instagram ani z organizatorami wydarzenia Targi Rzeczy Ładnych.
Targi Rzeczy Ładnych nie są organizatorem, partnerem ani współorganizatorem Loterii.

2. Uczestnictwo
Uczestnikiem Loterii może być każda osoba fizyczna, która ukończyła 18 lat i posiada aktywne konto na Instagramie.
Udział jest dobrowolny i bezpłatny.
Warunkiem udziału w losowaniu nagród jest:
– oddanie co najmniej jednego ważnego głosu zgodnie z §3,
– obserwowanie profilu @te.vai_official na Instagramie,
– podanie nazwy profilu na Instagramie na losie podczas głosowania stacjonarnego (jeśli dotyczy),
– akceptacja niniejszego regulaminu oraz zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych zgodnie z §8.

3. Zasady głosowania
Głosy można oddawać w trzech formach. Każda osoba ma po jednym ważnym głosie w każdej formie (maksymalnie 3 głosy łącznie):
a) Instagram – post: komentarz pod postem konkursowym na profilu @te.vai_official z wyborem hasła,
b) Instagram – Stories: udział w ankiecie publikowanej okresowo w relacjach Organizatora,
c) Głosowanie stacjonarne: podczas wydarzenia Targi Rzeczy Ładnych w dniach 18–19 października 2025 r.
Głos stacjonarny oddaje się na papierowym losie zawierającym: wybrane hasło, nazwę profilu na Instagramie oraz numer kontrolny przypisany do losu.

4. Wyłonienie zwycięskiego hasła
Po zakończeniu głosowania Organizator zlicza wszystkie ważne głosy.
Zwycięskim hasłem zostaje hasło z największą łączną liczbą ważnych głosów.
Ogłoszenie zwycięskiego hasła nastąpi 20 października 2025 r. na profilu @te.vai_official.

5. Losowanie nagród
Do losowania kwalifikują się wyłącznie osoby, które oddały ważny głos na zwycięskie hasło i spełniły warunki z §2.
Losowanie trzech zwycięzców odbędzie się 24 października 2025 r.
Nagrody:
I miejsce – koszulka (prototyp) z wybranym hasłem i autorską grafiką TE’VAI,
II miejsce – autorska grafika w większym formacie z dedykacją,
III miejsce – mniejsza grafika z dedykacją.
Nagrody nie podlegają wymianie na gotówkę.
Zwycięzcy zostaną powiadomieni przez wiadomość prywatną na Instagramie.

6. Odbiór i wysyłka nagród
Zwycięzca ma 3 dni kalendarzowe od otrzymania wiadomości na potwierdzenie przyjęcia nagrody.
Brak odpowiedzi w terminie skutkuje utratą prawa do nagrody.
Wysyłka nastąpi po przygotowaniu nagród, nie później niż do 30 listopada 2025 r.
Wszelkie zmiany terminów będą ogłaszane na profilu @te.vai_official.

7. Dane osobowe (RODO)
Administratorem danych jest TE’VAI, kontakt: info@te-vai.com.
Dane są przetwarzane w celu przeprowadzenia Loterii, kontaktu z laureatami oraz wydania nagród.
Podstawą przetwarzania danych jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO.
Dane będą przechowywane do 60 dni po zakończeniu Loterii (uczestnicy) lub 24 miesięcy (laureaci).
Uczestnicy mają prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz wniesienia skargi do Prezesa UODO.

8. Postanowienia końcowe
Regulamin dostępny jest w bio profilu @te.vai_official oraz na stronie www.te-vai.com.
Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzania zmian w regulaminie, o ile nie narusza to praw uczestników.
W sprawach nieuregulowanych obowiązuje prawo polskie.

TE’VAI – Slogan for Drop 2

1. General Information
The organizer of the giveaway called “TE’VAI – Slogan for Drop 2” (hereinafter: the Giveaway) is TE’VAI (hereinafter: the Organizer).
The Giveaway is free of charge and promotional in nature. Its purpose is to select the most popular slogan among those presented by the Organizer and reward participants who voted for the winning slogan.
The Giveaway runs from October 10, 2025 to October 19, 2025.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram or the event Beautiful Things Fair.
The Beautiful Things Fair is not the organizer, partner, or co-organizer of this Giveaway.

2. Participation
Any natural person aged 18 or older who has an active Instagram account may participate.
Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
To take part in the prize draw, a participant must:
– cast at least one valid vote in accordance with §3,
– follow the Instagram account @te.vai_official,
– provide their Instagram handle on the voting slip (if voting in person),
– accept these rules and consent to data processing under §8.

3. Voting Rules
Votes can be cast in three ways. Each person may cast one valid vote per method (up to three votes total):
a) Instagram – post: comment under the giveaway post on @te.vai_official with the chosen slogan,
b) Instagram – Stories: participate in a voting poll published in the Organizer’s Stories,
c) In-person voting: at the Beautiful Things Fair on October 18–19, 2025.
The in-person vote must be submitted on a paper slip containing the chosen slogan, Instagram handle, and control number.

4. Selection of the Winning Slogan
After voting ends, the Organizer counts all valid votes.
The winning slogan will be the one that receives the highest total number of valid votes.
The winning slogan will be announced on October 20, 2025 on the @te.vai_official profile.

5. Prize Draw
Only participants who voted for the winning slogan and met the conditions of §2 will qualify for the prize draw.
The draw for three winners will take place on October 24, 2025.
Prizes:
1st place – a T-shirt prototype featuring the winning slogan and TE’VAI design,
2nd place – a large-format original TE’VAI print with a personal dedication,
3rd place – a smaller TE’VAI print with a personal dedication.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
Winners will be notified via private message on Instagram.

6. Prize Collection and Shipping
Winners have 3 calendar days from receiving the message to confirm acceptance of their prize.
Failure to respond within this time will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Prizes will be shipped after preparation, no later than November 30, 2025.
Any schedule changes will be announced on @te.vai_official.

7. Personal Data (GDPR)
The data controller is TE’VAI, contact: info@te-vai.com.
Data is processed for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Data will be stored for 60 days after the Giveaway ends (participants) or 24 months (winners).
Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to data processing and to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority.

8. Final Provisions
These rules are available in the bio of @te.vai_official and on www.te-vai.com.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules, provided that such changes do not violate participants’ rights.
All matters not covered are governed by Polish law.
