30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it:

  • Unused and unworn

  • With tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Do not send items back without requesting a return first — they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Contact us immediately at info@te-vai.com if:

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There are any other issues with your order

We’ll evaluate the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g. cosmetics, beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item is returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, under EU law.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
